Ok so let’s bring you up to speed on this developing story. The developer Flatz dropped a wealth of information on the community regarding his work with PS2 Classics. This was done in an effort to allow al PS3 models to play PS2 backups I imagine in a similar way that is used to convert PSX backups into Eboot form for the PSP. Well it looks like another developer has picked up where he left off and is letting everyone in on what he has found thus far.
Developer MiraLaTijera who some of you may know has been working on cracking the Cobra dongle has released the Cobra 6.0 payload. He hasn’t dropped any hints on what we are supposed to do with it yet or even if he’s done working on it. MiraLaTijera has also released some of the PS2 classic keys, but again not much in the way of an explanation as to if this is what he has found or a repost from Flatz either way progress is progress.
