Konami have released a new trailer for their upcoming title, Meta Gear Rising: Revengeance.
The trailer is from the recent Tokyo games show and shows star Raiden, protecting an African Prime Minister during a peace-keeeping visit. A rogue PMC (Private Military Company, as introduced in Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots) attacks the party, and the trailer moves on to showcase the tasks that await Raiden.
There are also new gameplay elements shown which include Raiden destroying CCTV cameras to avoid detection, and hacking into enemy AI units in order to control them and stealthily eliminate foes from afar. The trailer also showcases the stunning boss fights that punctuate the game, and introduces an as-yet-unseen adversaries such as Mistral who is a female cyborg, engineered with more than a dozen arms.
